I couldn't find answers to these questions, so excuse me if I've missed a page:
- What server are the games played on?
- Time limits?
- Even games or handicap?
- Is there a rank limit?

Sorry about that, I still have a lot to work with on this website!
The players are free to choose both the server and the time limits; but if they cannot come to a mutual agreement, then the basic setting is KGS Go Server with 30 minutes + 5*30 seconds Japanese byo-yomi. All games are played even with random colours.
There is no rank limit to participate!
